Despite receiving an offer of as much as £100,000 (about $132,000) per week to play in China, Wale's free agent Hal Robson-Kanu is reportedly edging to play for Hull City.
The out-of-contract forward has allegedly been seeking a return to the Premier League, and it looks like he is set to attain his goal as Tigers' boss Steve Bruce and Robson-Kanu's father are already in talks, according to The Sun.

"Hull have stepped up their interest and look to be in the driving seat after further negotiations with Hal's father and brother," a source told Daily Star.
Describing the 27-year-old free agent as "big, strong, powerful, quick, and somebody who runs the other way, in football terms," Bruce said that Hull is eager to sign the striker to Yorkshire, making him the first signing of the upcoming Premier League season.
Premier League rivals such as Burnley, Everton, Middlesbrough, Swansea, and Watford are reportedly also pursuing Robson-Kanu. While Chinese Super Leagues duo Jiangsu Suning and Beijing Guoan are also attempting to lure the Wales' Euro 2016 hero with a massive £100,000 per week deal.
"The Far Eastern sides may be offering more money, but Hal's preference is to play regularly in the Premier League and he's convinced he'll get the chance to do that with Hull," a source from Hull said.
Robson-Kanu had an impressive run in the Euro 2016, where he scored twice: against Slovakia and Belgium, according to The Guardian.
