Former Hong Kong beauty queen and actress Koni Lui says she has had a very difficult time giving birth to her son last August 14 due to the baby's big size which left her overly exhausted.
During the mid-autumn festival, TVB actress shared photos of her son Anton, who was born weighing 8.9 pounds, quite a big size for a newborn child. Koni has then taken enough rest in order to regain her strength and be able to take care of her child well.

The beauty queen said that she suffered 25 hours of labor pains. Her husband, Dickson Wong, had been very worried about her condition that he missed the opportunity to cut their son's umbilical cord.
After giving birth, Koni Lui said that she hadn't been feeling herself and had to take a lot of rest in order to regain her usual strength. The actress shared that she has lost a lot of blood and exerted too much energy that she felt as if half of her life left her.
Due to these reasons, the actress said that she didn't have any opportunity to announce the birth of Anton. She has then taken the opportunity to share the news to the public that she has given birth.
"Since it is Mid-Autumn Festival, I wanted the baby to say hello to everyone. Our family of three will be celebrating the holiday together," Koni Lui said.
The actress has revealed that her child has a big head and looks like her husband, but whenever the baby shows off a confused look, he would resemble her. She said that the bay's arms and legs are quite long.
Koni Lui has taken the traditional way of postpartum rest, saying that she had to be in bed to rest for three weeks and couldn't go outside. Her family and a maid helped her take care of her baby during this period while her husband has taken time off from work to help as well.
