Bluboo Maya Max is the second device to join the Maya lineup. Based on the latest news about the device, the Bluboo Maya Max is sporting some high-end specs. It is also the first Bluboo device to support USB Type-C.
It appears that the USB Type-C connector is slowly becoming the standard among smartphone manufacturers, especially for high-end devices. Bluboo is also jumping on the bandwagon as its upcoming flagship device is equipped with it.

The Maya Max is not a pushover when it comes to other aspects of its hardware. The smartphone has a massive 6-inch JDI display which many tech analysts believe will support HD resolution. According to Android Headlines, at the heart of the Maya Max is the MediaTek MT6750 chipset with an octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, Mali-T860 graphics processing unit, 3GB of memory, and 32GB of internal storage space.
Powering the Bluboo Maya Max is a massive 4200mAh battery pack, which should be capable of powering the device for at least a day. The Maya Max has a 13-megapixel rear facing shooter with Sony IMX214 sensor and an 8-megapixel front facing shooter for selfies, according to Giz China.
There are rumors that the Maya Max would come with an IP63 certification, which means it should be water and dust resistant.
The Bluboo Maya Max is expected to hit the market sometime in August. The price of the device has not been confirmed yet, but based on previous devices released by Bluboo, the Maya Max should be budget friendly.
