An insider revealed that singer Britney Spears and her people are threatening Cali Lee, the porn star caught on video making out with Spears' former boyfriend, lawyer David Lucado.

Spears' team was said to have told Lee in a letter that she is "rich and powerful" and that she can "destroy" her if she talks with the press regarding details of her affair with Lucado.

Lucado was said to have signed a confidentiality agreement with the "Baby One More Time" singer which stated that he can not talk about their relationship in public so whatever Lucado had told Lee about their relationship can not be revealed publicly.

As written in the letter, Spears' reps stated, "Rest assured that our client has the resources and the resolve to pursue this matter no matter what the financial cost or outlay in time." 

However, although Lucado is legally bound to keep things private, Lee did not sign anything, prompting her lawyer to tell her she is free to say whatever she wants.

Lee is a Latin porn star who was said to have met Lucado at a bar located near the pop singer's home. The two were caught on camera making out in the said bar.

A source shared "The tape is shocking. David is slow dancing with the woman, sweeping her off her feet and passionately making out with her. What's worse is that there are rumored to be other videotapes and other women out there as well... she was ready to marry him. Now she's totally destroyed."

Despite claims made by Lucado that he and Spears were on the outs when he made out with Lee, Spears took no heed and broke up with him.

Jamie Spears, the singer's father, immediately contacted the agency selling the video clip and purchased it. After telling his daughter of Lucado's infidelity, Spears immediately broke off their relationship.
