Boozer spent last season (2014-15) in NBA with the Los Angeles Lakers. Although the NBA star was in the twilight of his career, he scored season-high 28 points per game. The performance was lauded by critics as well as Lakers fans.
Despite not playing in the last NBA season, Boozer has said that he is not yet ready to retire. Boozer is two-time NBA All-Star and has played for renowned NBA teams like Cleveland Cavaliers, Utah Jazz, and Chicago Bulls. He won Olympic bronze and gold medals at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics respectively.
Guangdong Southern Tigers: A Powerhouse Name in Chinese Basketball
Guangdong Southern Tigers, a basketball team where Carlos Boozer is likely to land, is one of the most successful teams in the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA). It has won the CBA title for eight times. Guangdong is the only Chinese basketball team to have qualified for the CBA playoffs in all the seasons since the CBA league made its debut in 1995.
