In a unique discovery for animal lovers especially panda, a panda with rare brown fur has been spotted in wildlife research centre in Shannxi province of North-West China. Normally, panda's have black and white fur with brown spot over their body.

Named Qizai, the giant had full brown and tan coat fur which is rare among his species and now, the panda is being cared for at the Shaanxi Wild Animal Research Centre. Wildlife experts said that Qizai's totally brown fur is rare among his species as they only have brown spots on their fur. They believe that the reason behind pandas' unusual coloring might be the genetic mutation and their local diets in the remote mountainous region.

The brown panda was caught on CCTV footage of wildlife research centre after which it is being cared for by the staff. A staff member said that these brown colored pandas exist in the mountains and there are other brown variants of panda's species in the area too.  

The giant panda has now become the centre of attraction among visitors of Shaanxi Wild Animal Research Centre.
