Mobile phone manufacturer Alcatel has taken the wraps off two more smartphones: the Evolve 2 and the Fierce 2.
The reveal was made at the Super Mobility Week being held at the Sands Expo Convention Center in Las Vegas from Sept. 9 through Sept. 11.
While Alcatel showcased a number of devices at the Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA) Berlin, it seems the company isn't finished just yet.

The company's Evolve 2 was designed as a cheap entry-level device while the Fierce 2 was built as a mid-level phone.
The Evolve 2, which is 12.05 millimeters thick, sports a 4-inch wide video graphic array; 512 megabytes of RAM and is running on Android 4.4 KitKat on a 1.3 gigahertz dual-core processor.
The phone also has a video graphics array front facing camera; a 5-megapixel rear camera; 1,400 mAh battery; four gigabytes of internal memory and a microSD slot capable of having up to 32 gigabytes of additional storage.
Meanwhile, the Fierce 2 has similar specifications to the Evolve 2 such as the same front-facing VGA camera; 5-megapixel rear camera; internal memory capacity; expandable memory and is running on the same version of Android.
But the better phone's similarities with the entry level one ends there, as the Fierce 2 is equipped with a 5-inch screen with a screen resolution of 960-by-540 pixel resolution at an aspect ratio of 16-by-9, one gigabyte of RAM and a 1.2 gigahertz quad-core Qualcom Snapdragon processor.
The phone, which has a thickness of 9.9 millimeters, also has a 2,000 mAh battery, which offers 40 percent more battery life.
The phones aren't that expensive, according to Engadget. The Evolve 2 fetches a price tag of US$80, while the Fierce 2 costs a little bit more, at US$126. Both devices are currently available with mobile service provider, T-Mobile.
