Chinese smartphone maker Meizu is set to launch its "E" series flagship smartphone in China on August 10. The Meizu E smartphone features an innovative curved display and a dual camera setup.

According to Gizmo China, the upcoming Meizu E smartphone will feature a 3,100 mAh capacity battery with "mCharge" technology support. The company claims that with this technology, the device can be charged up to 90 percent within just an hour. What makes this technology interesting is that it can also change the temperature of the device, mobile data usage, and serves as a battery voltage regulator.

The Meizu E smartphone is expected to feature a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display resolution and a MediaTek processor. The device is also expected to be equipped with a massive 3GB of RAM onboard, along with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a 13-MP main shooter.

Meanwhile, the company recently launched the Meizu M3S smartphone in China. The device comes in two variants - one variant with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage priced at $106 (705.59 Yuan / Rs. 7,085.03) and another model with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage for $136 (905.29 Yuan / Rs. 9,090.23).

The Meizu M3S features a 5-inch 2.5D curved HD (720 x 1280 pixel) display screen. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor paired with 2GB/3GB of RAM onboard. It comes with either 16GB/32GB (built-in) of internal memory storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.

The M3S smartphone sports a 13-megapixel main camera with dual-tone LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box. It is backed by a 3,020 mAh battery and also features a fingerprint sensor at the rear panel.The connectivity options of the device includes 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
