China : World's Oldest Person Turns 116

It is hard to imagine that a person can reach the age of 116. In fact, reaching the age of 100 is still quite impossible to achieve. However, Fu Suqing shares her secret in prolonging the life as she turns 116. This is the year age that marks her to be entitled as the 'Oldest Person In The World.'

Sugung was in 1897. Yes, she was able to live in the 18th century and witnessed the history unfolds before her eyes. This makes her a living source of history as much as her memories permits her to remember.
With her birthday celebrated by many people. She is still able to smile with joy and gladness. Fu Suqing can still enjoy what life has to offer even in her fruitful year. In fact, she is able to be with 5 generations of her family. That makes a one huge celebration as she blows her candle for her 116th birthday.
The secret for living long was revealed by Fi Suqing's relatives. Apparently, she only practices a positive state of mind. She makes sure to never get angry, and so her happy disposition earned her to live a life of enjoyment. Added to that, her relatives say that she keeps eating a healthy diet and still do regular exercise.
Suqing is still as active as other adults. She can still wash her own clothes and clean the house. A truly remarkable strength of an old woman who is more than 100 years old. According to the interview, Suqing now enjoys eating her favorite foods and she always does fulfill her tummies every time she feels the urge for it.
It is true when people say that every birthday is already a milestone. In this life where all are not exempted with uncertainties, it is truly remarkable to see a person who can actually live a longer life.
