Powerhouse team Jiangsu Suning FC (12-5-5, 41 points) will go for a second straight win as they face reeling capital city squad Beijing Guoan FC (7-6-7, 28 points) in a 2016 Chinese Super League match at the Nanjing Olympic Sports Centre on Sunday, August 21.
Jiangsu Suning edged cellar-dwelling side Changchun Yatai FC, 2-1, in their match last Sunday held at the Development Area Stadium to bounce back from their heartbreaking 2-3 loss to Shanghai Greenland Shenhua in the previous round, as per Yahoo Sports.

Australian defender Trent Sainsbury opened the scoring at the 28th minute of the match off an assist from midfielder Ji Xiang.
Brazilian winger Alex Teixeira then doubled the lead two minutes before the halftime interval after successfully directing newly-acquired Colombian striker Roger Martinez's pass to the back of Changchun keeper Wu Yake's net.
The bottom dwellers managed to score a consolation goal at the 62nd minute with a strike from Bolivian import Marcelo Martins Moreno.
With the win, head coach Choi Yong-soo's second-running squad cut Guangzhou Evergrande's lead in the overall standings to only eight points with only eight matches left in their campaign this season.
Meanwhile, Beijing Guoan suffered their second straight winless match after dropping a 1-2 decision to middling team Chongqing Lifan FC at their home field of Workers' Stadium last Friday, via Soccerway.
The Imperial Guards were down early after Chongqing netted the first two goals of the contest, courtesy of a penalty kick from midfielder Wang Dong at the 30th minute and a shot from newcomer Alan Kardec from a pass by fellow import Fernandinho, giving the visitors a two-point lead at the half.
Beijing managed to cut it down to one point with a goal from Turkish striker Burak Yilmaz with nine minutes left before full time.
Head coach Xie Feng's boys came up short, though, as both teams did not score since then to finish the match.
The predicted result is another 2-1 victory for Jiangsu Suning.
