EXO's Lay has threatened to take legal action if his privacy is invaded by stalker fans again after some incidents of disturbances last week, according to Soompi.
The only Chinese member of the South Korean boy group is currently filming a Chinese drama. During the shooting, some fans of the idol are said to have "invaded" his privacy.

A statement released by Lay's managing team via a local news outlet revealed that on Aug. 18 and 19, two female fans attempted to enter the hotel Lay was staying in using false identities. The police were summoned to take control of the scene, but the disturbances reportedly ensued until 4 a.m.
A similar incident happened a few weeks ago, involving four stalker fans who attempted to get to the set of the drama Lay was filming.
Due to these incidents, Lay's managing team stated that they would take legal action against such fans if such incident occurs again.
"Protecting Lay's safety and private life is the most important," Lay's managing team stated.
In related news, the EXO member is said to have hinted that he would be engaging in more solo activities this coming October. According to Koreaboo, Lay attended the Cornetto Ice Cream Fanmeet in China recently as a spokesperson for the brand.
When asked if he had plans for future activities outside the boy group, Lay said that he hopes to release more information about the matter in October.
Meanwhile, EXO is actively promoting their new song "Lotto" in South Korea following the release of their repackaged album.
