What a guy!

"Anger Management" star and former "Two and a Half Men" actor Charlie Sheen took to Twitter to tell the PYT Burger waiter who received a 20-cent tip from Philadelphia Eagles player LeSean McCoy that he'll be giving him US$1,000.

McCoy's bill totaled US$61.56.

Sheen posted, "dear Tommy Up [owner of PYT Burger] at PYT in Philly. Please tell Rob K I'm pledging 1000 dollars to him for the tip debacle just wanna help. #NoJudgement".

The actor, along with everybody online, learned of the insignificant tip after Up posted the receipt on the restaurant's Facebook page last Monday. The photo of the receipt was captioned with "New record!"

Amidst criticisms over the miniscule tip, McCoy defended himself, eventually saying that the small tip was prompted by bad service.

However, when sports writer Les Bowen asked the pro footballer about the receipt and tip, the athlete simply answered "It's bull****, man," without further elaborating.

However, the owner of the restaurant disagreed and took to Twitter to defend the server and his restaurant.
Up shared that McCoy and his three friends were given "impeccable service" and that in all honesty, the server and food runner were nervous because they were big fans of McCoy.

He continued the narrative by saying that McCoy and company were "verbally abusive" to the staff and had even made "derogatory statements about women".

After McCoy left, Up said that his server had a very confused look on his face upon seeing the bill. "I took the receipt out of his hand and I couldn't believe that anyone could be so callous. Mr McCoy had left a .03% tip for our staff," he shared.

Upon learning of Sheen's generous offer, Up retweeted his post and commended the actor, even calling him "an American hero and a gentleman".
