Xiaomi Mido Smartphone Spotted on GeekBench With 2GB RAM and Snapdragon 625 SoC

An upcoming Xiaomi smartphone has been spotted in the online benchmarking website, GeekBench. The device, dubbed as the Xiaomi Mido smartphone, features 2GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 625 processor.

As per GeekBench listing, the Xiaomi Mido smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 (MSM8953) processor clocked at a speed of 2.02 GHz, paired with 2GB of RAM onboard.

The listing revealed that the Xiaomi Mido smartphone would run on the latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system out of the box. The listing also shows that the device got 806 points in single-core test and 3763 points in a muli-core test.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi recently launched its much anticipated Redmi Note 4 smartphone in China. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) with 2.5D curved glass display panel. The device is powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor, clocked at a speed of 2.1 GHz, paired with Mali-T880MP4 GPU. It comes in two variants - 2GB RAM + 32GB ROM and 3GB RAM + 64GB ROM model.

The Xiaomi Mido sports a 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera with PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, dual tone LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front facing shooter. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system out of the box and is fueled by a 4000mAh capacity battery inside. It features a metallic body appearance and also supports fingerprint sensor at the back.

The connectivity options of the device include 4G with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS with AGS/GLONASS, dual SIM, and USB Type C. The device measures a body dimension of 151 x 76 x 8.35mm and weighs 175 grams.
