Chinese tech giant Zopo has announced that the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system update is now available for download on its latest devices which includes the Zopo Color C, Color E, and Color S5.5 smartphones.

Zopo launched the Zopo Color C, Color E, and Color S5.5 smartphones with the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, Phone Radar reported.

To acquire this major firmware update on the aforementioned devices, users need a stable internet connection. Wi-Fi connection or any stable internet connection with no capping is advisable since this may require a lot of data to download. Since Zopo has not made a built-in OTA update application on these devices, users can update it by following the procedure of flashing on Zopo's website

The firmware file can be downloaded from the company's official website using PC or Laptop. Then users would have to manually connect their devices via USB cable and perform the flashing. For more detailed instructions on how to flash the device, visit the company's official forum update.

Once the device has been updated, users should expect major changes in terms of the visual design. One of the features the update includes is Doze mode. Through this mode, users can see the background tasks running on their respective devices and manage their battery life.
