Taiwan Gas Explosions: Investigators Point to LCY Chemical Pipelines as Source of Leak

Taiwanese authorities are now focusing on private petrochemical company, LCY Chemical Corp., as "the most likely culprit" in the series of gas explosions late Thursday and early Friday that caused the deaths of 26 people and injured 260.
