The Islamic State reportedly struck a ceasefire deal with moderate Syrian rebels, despite Syrian force's deepening alliance with the United States in its war against the ISIL. Brokered by Al-Qaeda linked Al-Nusra Front, the deal was aimed at targeting the Syrian government instead, reports said.
