China, currently ranked 81 in the world by FIFA, has revealed its strategy to become a "world football superpower" by 2050. The strategy report on football was announced hours after China secured a 2-0 victory against the previously undefeated Qatar, giving the team a place in the final Asian qualifying stage for Russia 2018 World Cup.
China’s Wanda Group Inks Sponsorship Deal With FIFA

Wanda Group has become the first Chinese Company to become a top level sponsor partner of FIFA. The sponsorship deal was announced on Friday at the headquarters of FIFA in Zurich in the presence of FIFA President Gianni Infantino and Wanda Group's Chairman Wang Jianlin.
