The company claims that it with the current stage of its research and development, it should be able to launch the craft in the next two years. The company also said that test flights involving animals could be launched before the end of the year or early in 2017.
In a statement, KuangChi Science revealed that the aircraft is already in its final stage of assembly. The company expects to complete cabin assembly before the end of the year with testing after.
Previous tests of the Traveler Beta II involved a successful unmanned flight 21 kilometers about the surface. The test was made in New Zealand. This altitude is known to experts as 'near space,' which is a region 20 kilometers to 100 kilometers above the Earth's surface.

The theme park cost $1.5 billion to build and features simulations of the company's upcoming space tourist aircraft.
