ZOPO has announced that its latest budget-friendly device, the ZOPO Color C3 smartphone, is now available in India for the price of Rs. 9,599 (approximately $143.75 / 968.07 Yuan).

The new mobile device from the Chinese smartphone maker was launched in an event in India spearheaded by the company, particularly by Sanjeev Bhatia, founder and chairperson of Adcom and channel partner for Zopo Mobile in the country.

According to Bhatia, the main focus of the company is to develop innovative smartphones that go beyond the basics, while ensuring that they only manufacture and create the best device for their avid consumers.

The ZOPO Color C3 smartphone features a brushed metallic look that gives it a sophisticated and luxurious design. It sports a 5-inch Full HD (720 x 1280 pixels) display screen with 293 pixels per inch of PPI.

The handset is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor, paired with 2GB of RAM, along with 16GB of internal storage capacity, which can be expanded via a microSD card.

The ZOPO Color C3 comes with an 8-megapixel primary camera on the back panel and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies. It runs on Android 6.0 operating system, fueled by a non-removable 2100mAh capacity battery, measures 144.00 mm x 72.20 mm x 8.80 mm and weighs 155.00 grams.

Connectivity options of the ZOPO Color C3 smartphone, which has just been offered in India, include FM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G and 4G (Band 40-compatible, used by some LTE networks in the country). Sensors on the phone include Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor, Gyroscope and Accelerometer.
