Nick Jonas recently posted a selfie with his brothers Joe and Frankie during a ski trip they enjoyed over Thanksgiving weekend.

The 24-year old singer and his 27-year-old brother spent time with the youngest Jonas, who at 16 years old was recently arrested for marijuana possession while outside a convenience store in Nashville, Tennessee.

The selfie that was posted on Nick's Instagram account shows the three brothers in skiing attire and was captioned, "Thanksgiving, missing one of the bros...", he was referring to their older brother Kevin who recently welcomed his second child with wife Danielle in New Jersey.

According to a source close to the family, Frankie is very much upset about his arrest especially since he never had a bad track record with the authorities, the source also revealed that his parents are extremely disappointed with the teen who still reside with them.

Frankie who was known as the 'bonus Jonas' when he was younger is known as the most focused brother among all four of them since he had already graduated high school two years early and is already taking up college credit courses.

The 16-year-olds offence is not considered a grave offence in Tennessee however, in September, the state passed a measure reducing the penalties for the possession of marijuana in small amounts.

Nick, Joe and Kevin have not spoken publicly about the incident. Before the skiing trip Joe was spotted spending time with his rumored girlfriend, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, in London, England.
