Mick Jagger has just become a dad again after welcoming his eighth child with girlfriend Melanie Hamrick. Did we mention he's already 73? 

The rock legend and his 29-year-old ballet dancer ladylove officially became a family when their first child together, a baby boy, was born in a hospital in New York on Thursday.

The news that the Rolling Stones front man (and great grandpa!) was expecting broke in July. Of course, the announcement then elicited mixed reactions mostly stemming from the facts that Jagger has surprisingly not called it quits with creating babies at his old age, not to mention his new baby momma is 44 years younger than him!

His older children - including 24-year-old model Georgia (daughter with Jerry Hall), 46-year-old daughter Karis (daughter with Marsha Hunt), and formerly the youngest child 17-year-old Lucas (son with Luciana Gimenez Morad) - are yet to comment what they think about the news of having another half-sibling.

Fortunately, it does not seem like Jagger would have a hard time providing financial support for yet another child considering his career is still ongoing. In fact, he and the Rolling Stones just released their new covers album, Blue and Lonesome, last week, but there are also reports that the band will not be touring for it.

How about a huge family photo, Mick? Although something tells us that's never going to happen! Nonetheless, congratulations to the new family and we hope to get a glimpse of the adorable newborn on Melanie's Instagram feed soon!
