ASUS X00GD Smartphone Spotted on TENAA; Device Could be ASUS Zenfone 4 Max

An upcoming ASUS smartphone has been spotted by China's telecommunication electronic certification authority or commonly known as TENAA. The device was dubbed as the ASUS X00GD, and it could be the company's ASUS Zenfone 4 Max smartphone.

Earlier this week, images of the upcoming ASUS X00GD smartphone have been surfacing online. According to the leaked features and specifications of the device, the X00GD bears a striking resemblance to the ASUS ZenFone 4. However, this information has not been confirmed yet.
As per TENAA listing, the ASUS X00GB smartphone features a 5.2-inch HD display screen with 1280 × 720 pixel resolution. Under the hood, the handheld device is powered by an Octa-Core MT6750 processor clocked at a speed of 1.5 GHz. It comes equipped with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of Internal storage, which can further be expanded up to 32GB via a dedicated microSD card slot.
On the photography side, the ASUS X00GD sports a 13-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing snapper. It is fueled by a robust battery of 4,850mAh capacity inside. Interestingly, the X00GD is the first ASUS smartphone that runs on Google's latest mobile operating system, which is Android v7.0 (Nougat).
Furthermore, the ASUS X00GD will also include a home button-embedded fingerprint sensor. It is 0.35 inches thick and weighs in at about 6 ounces. The device measures a body dimension of 149.5 x 73.7 x 8.85 mm. In terms of color options, the Asus X00GD will be available in Black, Rose Gold, and Luxury Gold.
Apart from these, no details yet were revealed on when this device be available in the market.
