Three Chinese Super League clubs are reportedly targeting Juventus defender Dani Alves in the ongoing winter transfer window.

According to The Sun, Shanghai SIPG leads the race for Alves while Hebei China Fortune and newly-promoted side Tianjin Quanjian is also interested in acquiring the 33-year-old former Barcelona standout. New SIPG boss André Villas-Boas is said to be keen on adding Alves to his roster of foreign players. The former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur head coach reportedly offered Alves $206,000 per week to leave Italy and move to China.

The Red Eagles just pulled off the signing of former Chelsea midfielder Oscar last month for a reported $73 million transfer fee, which brings their number of non-Asian imports to the new limit of three with fellow Brazilians Hulk and Elkeson. Asamoah Gyan and Dario Conca are both out on loan to Al-Ahli Dubai and Flamengo respectively while their Asian import is Uzbek midfielder Odil Ahmedov.

The Chinese Football Association has recently amended the China top-flight rules with regards to the set number of foreign players who will be utilized on the pitch per squad. It was brought down from four to three players per club, which said to have caused disorder in the transfer plans of the CSL teams.

Meanwhile, Tianjin Quanjian offered Alves a $10.8 million-a-year salary to join them in the upcoming 2017 CSL season in March, as per 90min. Quanjian is managed by former Real Madrid and Juventus center-back Fabio Cannavaro, who is said to be hoping to use his influence as a former Bianconeri player to pull off the deal. The former Ballon d'Or winner had two short stints with the Old Lady from 2004 to 2006 and in the 2009-2010 season.

Former Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini, now coach of Hebei China Fortune, is also reportedly eager to add Alves to the Samba Kings' foreign players lineup.

Hebei currently has Ezequiel Lavezzi, Gervinho, Aloisio, and Stephane M'Bia as its non-Asian imports while Ersan Gulum is the Asian foreigner. The team had recently loaned Gael Kakuta to La Liga squad Deportivo La Coruna.
