UMIDIGI Z Pro Smartphone to be Unveiled at MWC 2017

Chinese smartphone maker UMIDIGI officially confirmed that its latest device dubbed as the UMIDIGI Z Pro smartphone is to be unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2017 this coming Mar. 1. The device is the successor of the recently launched UMI Z and it will carry a price tag of around $299.99.

The UMIDIGI Z Pro smartphone features an aluminium alloy unibody design. It has a 5.5-inch Full HD display screen with 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the handheld device is powered by by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X27 processor clocked at a speed of 2.6 GHz, which is paired with 4GB of RAM onboard and Mali-T880 GPU.
The UMIDIGI Z Pro comes equipped a built-in 32GB of memory internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 256GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. On the camera department, the phone sports a dual camera setup of 13-megapixel rear camera that comes with Sony's IMX258 sensor and dual LED flash. On the front is a 13-megapixel sensor for selfies and video chats.
The UMIDIGI Z Pro runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system out of the box, which will be later upgraded to 7.0 Nougat update as the company confirmed it in the press release. The handset is fueled by a 3780mAh capacity battery which claims to offer up to 13 to 15 days of standby time.
Other features the upcoming UMIDIGI Z Pro smartphone offers include 4G LTE network support, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, dual-SIM, fingerprint sensor, and GPS with AGPS. Sensors include L sensor, G sensor, Gyroscope, accelerometer, Hall, and proximity sensor.
The handset measures body dimension of 143.5 x 72 x 8.4 mm and weighs around 120 grams. The UMIDIGI Z Pro smartphone will be available in Prime Black colour variant.
