There was a post on the Rockstar website about new features to Grand Theft Auto Online that was, unfortunately, quickly retracted.
According to this post though, new features include new gameplay and content such as a wide range of jobs, plenty of new weapons, a lot of new vehicles, player customizations and properties will be available for the PS4, PC and Xbox One.

The player community will be able to transfer their GTA Online progression and characters to the PlayStation 4, PC or Xbox One.
There will also be finer texture details, draw distances and improved resolution to bring new life to towns, cities, oceans and deserts of the reimagined South California.
The game will have a new first person mode on foot, a new first person mode for cars that show the vehicle's interior such as working tachometers, speedometers and dashlights. The GTA V for PC will have a video editor for advanced movie-making.
There will be a lot of new random events and Easter eggs for Story Mode and new animals around Los Santos. PS3 and Xbox 360 will also receive a free garage with new characters in GTA Online.
The character selection screen will also be overhauled. GTA V PS4 and Xbox One will be out on Nov. 18 while the GTA V for PC will reportedly come out later.
In other news, YouTube tipster DomisLive revealed a new Hydra Easter Egg for GTA Online in Max Payne 3.
According to Reddit users Kohtem and Cheeky Doge, their gameplay shows close-up snapshots of the Hydra jet plane speculated to be out in GTA Online through new DLC released. Max Payne 3 came out in 2012 while GTA 5 was out the following year.
This could mean that Rockstar hid Easter eggs in Max Payne. Meanwhile, YouTuber iCrazyTeddy uploaded a video that shows several pranksters wearing Alien costumes with upgraded weapons including the mini-gun.
