(Photo : Moore Police) Police said 30-year-old Alton Nolen rushed into an Oklahoma food distribution plant and stabbed two women, one fatally.
The mother of the Oklahoma beheading suspect apologized to the victims' families for what he has done explaining that what he did was out of character, reports state on Monday.
Joyce Nolen, 30-year-old Alton Alexander Nolen's mom, expressed her sorrow and regret at what her son had done, stating that he "was raised up believing in God" and taught to be a good Christian in a video posted over the social media.

This was after her son, who had reportedly converted to Islam, had been involved in the decapitation of one of his former colleagues and several others in a stabbing incident Thursday last week.
His family was surprised to learn of the incident and had explained that he vowed to get his life in order after his release from detention due to assault and drug abuse charges in March last year.
However, his conversion came as a surprise to them with his cousin, 29-year-old James Fulsom, stating that Nolen had never spoken of such a thing after they were able to talk after his release.
"He was just talking about what he was going to start doing, how he was going to get his life on track, and was ready to be focused on his future," Fulsom stated.
Nolen's recent posts over Facebook indicated that shortly after his release, he had become interested in spreading his new found faith.
His Facebook profile displayed photos of a bearded Nolen wearing a prayer cap outside a mosque and posts that indicate his thoughts about Islam.
According to reports, Nolen had been trying to convince some of his co-workers to convert to his new religion prior to the incident.
After failing and receiving negative responses, Nolen went on a rampage and beheaded 54-year-old Colleen Hufford and stabbed another before he was shot by a company official at a food distribution center in the suburban community of Moore.
He was due to be charged with first-degree murder, battery with a deadly weapon, and assault on Tuesday after he was captured by Oklahoma law enforcement officers
