"30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan still needs a wheelchair and assistance to get around and, according to his lawyer, he might not be able to perform again.
The wheelchair-bound comedian was spotted coming from a doctor's visit with his fiance and baby daughter. Morgan remained tight-lipped as photographers and reporters asked him about Walmart's insistence that the accident was his fault.

The day before his visit to the doctor, Morgan shared that he was outraged that Wal-mart was blaming him for the accident and stated that his condition might prevent him from performing ever again.
"I can't believe Walmart is blaming me for an accident they caused I'm fighting hard every day to get back," the comedian expressed in a statement released to the press.
Morgan's lawyer, Benedict Morelli, revealed that the jury is still out regarding Morgan's condition and doctors remain unsure if he will ever be able to walk without assistance or fully heal in the future.
Last June, Morgan and his friends were riding a limo bus on the New Jersey turnpike when a Walmart truck collided with their vehicle. The accident left Morgan and several others injured and, killed his close friend and colleague, James McNair.
The driver of the truck, Kevin Roper, had been awake for more than 24 hours due to work when the fatal accident occured. Roper was believed to have fallen asleep behind the wheel.
Roper was charged following the accident. Walmart did not release any comment regarding whether or not Roper had not slept for more than 24 hours because he was working.
Morgan and his fellow victims are suing Walmart for negligence.
Walmart, on the other hand, has placed part of the blame on Morgan and his companions, saying that they were not wearing seatbelts when the accident occured. Prompted by Walmart's accusations, Morgan released a statement to the public saying that they did nothing wrong.
