Last Wednesday, "Real Housewives of New Jersey" husband Joe Giudice accepted a plea deal in his license fraud case. The said case involves Joe previously using his brother's marriage certificate and birth certificate in order to obtain a driver's license.
The license fraud was discovered after Giudice was caught and charged for drinking under the influence of alcohol.

The said plea deal was made in court in Patterson, New Jersey.
Joe, who is married to real housewife Teresa Giudice, was recently sentenced to 18 months in jail for fraud. The 18-month prison time he has acquired through the plea deal will run concurrently with the 41 months he is scheduled to do for his federal fraud crimes.
Initially, the 42-year old reality star declined the offer of a plea deal, but has since reconsidered.
After Joe first rejected the deal, the judge warned him about the consequences of his rejection, saying, "You are making a momentous decision, there's no going back on this."
Fearing the possibility of remaining in jail for possibly ten years for the license fraud, Joe asked for more time to reconsider.
Joe, who is a citizen of Italy and not of the United States, may possibly be deported following his prison term. The judge has commented that deportation is a "virtual certainty".
Before Joe, a father of four daughters, was sentenced for fraud, he nervously stood up in court and read a statement. "I stand here humiliated before the court and my family and society. I disgraced many people, including my wife and four daughters. I take full responsibility for my actions. I promise to be a better person," he stated.
Joe's wife Teresa, who sentenced to 15 months in prison for fraud, will be serving her time first so that Joe can take care of their children while she is away.
