Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Petro Poroshenko will talk Friday at the Milan Summit and according to critics, they might discuss cease-fire agreements and the Ukraine's natural gas supplies.
Putin and Poroshenko are expected to settle their disagreements in order to eradicate panic felt by the European Union (EU), who says that Russia continues to be a threat in the international community.

The Milan Summit is on Friday and the two leaders will talk one-on-one before the meeting with the other leaders will commence.
European leaders arrived in Milan on Thursday and sources say that the leaders are still blaming Moscow for the scores of death in eastern Ukraine for the past months due to the ceasefire violations.
Europe also expressed their fear over Russia's plan to cut the gas supplies of Ukraine due to unpaid debts as it would probably cause an interference in the gas flow to the rest of Europe this winter.
Putin has already warned that they will continue to reduce their gas supplies to Europe if Ukraine will steal from the transit pipeline. Putin pressed that he does not want the situation to come to that.
However, Russia already made a deal earlier this month stating that Ukraine will pay a certain amount of their debt for the gas supplies not to be cut. This is still to be discussed further and is expected to be settled after the said summit.
Meanwhile, according to Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany, Russia should clear that they are adhering to the said ceasefire agreements and pressed that a dialogue is really needed between the two countries.
The Milan summit will be hosted by Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and will be attended by Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and British Prime Minister David Cameron. Among the European leaders, Europe Union leaders chairman Herman Van Rompuy and Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso will also be in attendance.
