With the November 4 release date of  "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" right around the corner, COD enthusiasts wanting to make an impact in Online gameplay matches will need to be aware of all the new Exo Abilities.

Remember Exo Abilities only last seconds and players only have one per life, so knowing when to use Exo Abilities at the correct time can really enhance gameplay. Here's a brief explanation and some advice of each Exo Ability COD: Advanced Warfare will be implementing in the game.

Exo Shield - A quick-deploy shield attached to your exo's arm. You're basically equipped with a riot shield for about 7 seconds. This potentially could be best on Domination where the shield would come in handy when attempting to capture a flag.

Exo Overlock - Increased foot speed, which is essentially "lightweight" from previous COD games. Some players may want to use this ability at the beginning of the match to help get into action faster. Using it when picking up an enemy's flag and get to the home base faster is also a viable option.

Exo Stim - Temporary health regeneration beyond normal levels. Players can either use this ability right before running into a Hardpoint to gain a little more health, or simply use the ability when getting shot at and in need of some health to get out of harms way.

Exo Cloak - Short duration visual concealment. It's basically invisibility, however, the player is only slightly invisible and can still be seen. It's not nearly as effective as the invisible ability in Halo for example.

Exo Hover - Short duration of being able to hover in place. Not one of the best abilities considering the user moves much slower while in hover mode, which makes it easier to get shot. However, could be used to confuse other players.

Exo Ping - Shows enemy movement and weapon fire in HUD. When this ability is used, a ping is sent out and then allows the user to see where enemy players are located and even detects through walls. Only lasts five seconds, but can be very useful when detecting who's defending a flag or Hardpoint.

Exo Trophy System -Destroys incoming grenades and rockets. Once activated, players will have a trophy system around them for a limited period of time. This would be useful in any objective game modes where enemies are danger close.

Exo Mute - Ability to mute your footsteps and enhances balance and power for 20 seconds, which is essentially the Dead Silence perk in previous COD games. This ability is great to use when trying to flank an enemy or sneak around inside a building.
