Amanda Bynes Apologizes For Audio Recording Where She Threatened To Murder Her Father

Amanda Bynes is speaking out after audio recordings of her talking about wanting to murder her father leaked on the internet.
The recordings were posted by entertainment gossip site, TMZ they reportedly bought the recordings from Amanda's former roommate.
Now, Amanda is apologizing for her actions and the things that she said on the recording, she also adds that she feels betrayed by the person who made and leaked the recording.

In an exclusive interview with Access Hollywood the actress released a statement about the incident, saying "I am sorry I trusted people who are clearly not my true friends, they capitalized on my illness. I am doing the best I can to get better and I am truly sorry for the statements that I had made. I am sorry for any hurt I have caused my parents and others." The statement was released to the media outlet by Amandas attorney, David Esquibias.
The statement ended with Amanda saying "I am thankful for everyone's patience with me, I have never expected others to take advantage and profit from my condition. I am very disappointed in the people who made me belief in a false sense of security only to find out that they are really only interested in selling my private life to the media."
Amanda, posted a tweet last Saturday night claiming that she was just joking about wanting to murder her father.
"By the way, I was obviously joking about hurting my family-- I do not believe in harming a sould" The actress tweeted in defense of her leaked recording.
