Are Radio Signals the Real Reason Behind the Rosetta Mission?

(Photo : ESA/Rosetta/Philae/CIVA) Rosetta’s lander, Philae, is safely on the surface of Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko.
An insider from European Space Agency (ESA) claims that NASA received radio signals from Comet 67P for 20 years before the ESA's Rosetta mission.
According to the claim published in the blog UFO Sightings Daily, this is the main reason why ESA embarked on the Rosetta mission targeting the Comet 67P. Rosetta space probe embarked on an incredible mission that landed a human-built spacecraft on the comet's surface, which is the first landing on a comet in human history.

In November, ESA actually said that the agency is picking up some mysterious signals from the comet. Experts called the signals like a mysterious song that Churyumov-Gerasimenko tries to sing into space and it's like the musical form of communication used by the fictional aliens from "Close Encounters of the Third Kind," a Steven Spielberg sci-fi film.
"The comet seems to be emitting a 'song' in the form of oscillations in the magnetic field in the comet's environment," the ESA said in a November 11 online post. "It is being sung at 40-50 millihertz, far below human hearing. To make the music audible to the human ear, the frequencies have been increased in this recording. Something completely different from a comet and is only being disguised as such. As for who is disguising it and why, I cannot answer," says the anonymous email received by UFO Sightings Daily
The claim also stated that both ESA and NASA are aware that 67P is a sophisticated and massive UFO.
The claim also stated that space agencies would not spend billions of dollars for spacecrafts and embark on 12-year journey just to take images of random comet on space
After the Philae Lander touched down on the surface of Comet 67P last November, UFO watchers have been examining photos sent back from the spacecraft. They discovered that the images were anomalous structures on the 67P's surface.
