Jeb Bush might have said that his decision on running for the 2016 Presidential Race is not yet final but he has reportedly been spreading e-mails and e-books --- a move that is seen as part of his campaign.

The former governor of Florida might be hinting that he is closer to deciding to file his candidacy as he pointed out over the weekend during a television interview that he is now crafting an e-book that he will release by next year. Bush will also send around 250,000 emails, he added.

During an interview with WPLG-TV in Miami on Saturday, Bush said he has been digital ever since because he has been forwarding information via email from 1999 to 2007 when he served two terms of being the governor in Florida.

He also talked about transparency in the government being important, saying it is part of one person serving or running for a certain position.

"So I'll let people make up their mind," said Bush. "There's some funny ones, there's some sad ones, there's some serious ones."

According to critics, his television interview is being interpreted in the political world as his way of saying that he is really running despite mixed signals that he has been sending in the past months.

According to Josh Green and Miles Weiss of Bloomberg, Bush has already been expanding his private equity business. This is another indication that he might be taking on the challenge of having another Bush as the president of the United States, Green and Weiss explained.

On Monday, Bush is reportedly to set to give a commencement address at the University of South Carolina. This state is known for holding the first ever presidential primary in the Southern countries. Again, this has fueled more speculations about Bush's potetial presidential candidacy.
