New Year's just a few days away and one of the traditional top New Year's resolutions is getting healthier and staying fit.
The main concern here is how many people actually religiously follow their New Year's resolution of getting healthier and staying fit.
Research indicates the most popular resolutions in 2014 focused on losing weight, getting organized, spending less and saving more, enjoying life to the fullest and staying fit and healthy.

Jordan Rudolph, a personal trainer at Snap Fitness in La Crosse, said by February over 90 percent of his club's new members stop coming in.
Rudolph has some advice for those that plan to tackle a new fitness goal this year.
"Stop looking at the scale so much. People get really caught up in that number and when they do it daily they tend to see a lot of fluctuation and they wonder what is going on when their numerous things that can cause a scale to jump," Rudolph said.
More than 90 percent of us will fail at achieving our goals, and our mental health will suffer as a result. We'll get discouraged yet again about our inability to live a healthier lifestyle or improve our relationships. We'll view ourselves as weak and ineffective, unable to do something as simple as losing a few pounds.
Another way to stick on your healthy lifestyle routine is to find a workout buddy. Having a friend makes working out more enjoyable and helps hold you accountable.
Replace your visionary goals with a more modest change that you can accomplish today. Forget about losing 20 pounds. Instead, walk around the block every day after dinner.
Rudolph reminds people not to get discouraged. He said it takes a while before you can see any results.
Abstain from making resolutions that you'll never achieve and that will only make you more discouraged. Instead, accomplish something modest today that will help make you a real success.
Changing your behavior is all about hard work and translating noble aspirations into effective strategies.
