Approximately 3 days after Solange Knowles' fun filled wedding to Alan Ferguson graced the internet and social media, Internal Revenue Services has hounded her to settle her taxes.
The State of California claims that she owes US$55,000 worth of taxes which covered the years 2010-2012. The tax lien was issued days after her wedding.

Seemingly she didn't know she had an unsettled tax bill in California. According to her Twitter account, she had responded to the news with a simple thanks for letting her know.
Solange is Beyonce's younger sister by 5 years. Managed by their Dad Matthew, she has ventured into singing and has collaborated with other artists such as the Neptunes and Timbaland.
She married her first husband when she was 17 and they had one son.
Knowles had told reporters her profound regret of having a child at an early age. But she calls her child an "unplanned blessing." She and her first husband eventually divorced in 2007.
Solange was also involved in a controversy with Beyonce's husband, Jay-Z after being in a security video showing her physically assaulting her brother in law. The footage went viral around social media but no further news was extracted for its cause.
In late 2014, Solange married music video director Alan Ferguson which led to the events three days prior to her being sent a tax lien by IRS.
Paying taxes shouldn't be a problem for Solange, who is a T.O.N.Y. singer and also an arts and creative director for Puma.
