The Chinese Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a full investigation by Indonesian authorities that two Indonesian security officers allegedly raped a Chinese woman at the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta.
According to the Jakarta Globe, the 26-year-old female tourist arrived in Jakarta on December 20 late in the night. The two reportedly offered to drive her to a nearby hotel, drugged and raped her and kept her in the hotel for two days.

She was found on Tuesday at the airport crying, and she reported the alleged sexual assault to the local police.
Indonesia requested the complainant to stay in the country while the case is being investigated, but she returned on Wednesday to China after she reported the incident to the police.
Upon learning of the incident, the Chinese Embassy filed a representation with the Indonesian foreign ministry, police and airport authorities.
Xinhua.net said that Indonesian authorities have named two suspects, while the airport publicly apologized and promised to cooperate with the probe. The two suspects, aged 32 and 26, have been suspended from work, said Daryanto, the secretary of Angkasa Pura II, the airport operator, in a statement released on Friday.
Both have been identified as an enforcer and a supervisor but were not arrested because the police believe the two suspects would not flee.
The two would be charged with violating Article 285 of the Criminal Code, but according to Yudis Tiawan, spokesman of the airport, the harshest punishment for the two would only be being dishonorably discharged from their jobs; however, if convicted, they could be jailed for 12 years.
Daryanto said the company which employed the security officers would conduct an internal evaluation of their policies and have their security staff undergo training again so such an incident would not be repeated.
