Actor Paul Walker's dad, Paul William III is filing charges against the estate of Roger Rodas, the actor's friend and the man behind the wheel when the car crashed killing both of them.
According to TMZ, Walker's dad is demanding for US$1.8 million against the estate, claiming that the Rodes family is currently holding a number of cars and other motor vehicles that are either wholly or partially owned by the late actor.

William III, who is acting as the executor of his son's estate, wants the return of the vehicles and the right shares of any sales derived from the selling of the automobiles be handed over.
Rodas, who also died during that tragic car accident was Paul Walker's best friend and business partner. They were in partnership owning the performance and racing store called Always Evolving located in Valencia, California.
There was no answer from the calls that William III made at his Sylmar home on Tuesday, however, the Rodes family, specifically the wife have already rejected the claim, according to a document filed in reply to the lawsuit that walker's dad has made on December 23.
When the incident occurred, Rodas was the chief executive officer of the business that Paul Walker and he had. Both him and the actor were killed when the car that Rodas was driving crashed into a lamppost made of concrete in an industrial section of Valencia. It was reported by the Los Angeles County's sheriff during the investigation that the car went between 80 to 90 mph in Walker's Porsche Carrera GT.
