Paul Walker's Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Porsche Thrown out by Judge

One of the three wrongful death lawsuits filed against Porsche, following the 2013 crash that killed actor Paul Walker and his friend Roger Rodas, has been dismissed by a federal court judge on Monday.

Actor Paul Walker's dad, Paul William III is filing charges against the estate of Roger Rodas, the actor's friend and the man behind the wheel when the car crashed killing both of them.
