A British royal was accused by an unnamed American woman of being forced to have sex as part of an ongoing civil case filed by several women against the U.S. government. The female accusers said they were abused by American businessman Jeffrey Epstein whom they pointed to as organizer of an orgy with under-aged girls.

While 54-year-old Prince Andrew was not named a direct party in the lawsuit, Buckingham Palace defended the Duke of York. In a statement, Palace spokeswoman Meryl Walter said, "This relates to long-running and ongoing civil proceedings in the United States to which the Duke of York is not a party. As such we would not comment in detail. However, for the avoidance of doubt, any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue."

The accuser, called Jane Doe #3, according to documents filed this week with the U.S. Southern District of Florida, said she was forced by Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew in London, New York and a Caribbean private island, reports Reuters.

Epstein allegedly told the girl that she must give in to the demands of the Duke of York and provide him details of their sexual encounter.

Jane Doe#3 wants to be included in the 2008 civil suit that claimed Epstein abused them. Epstein agreed to serve jail time for the child sex charges filed against him as part of a plea agreement. The deal mandates him to provide updates of his whereabouts.

In his latest Florida sex offender filing, Epstein gave St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands as permanent address.

She said Epstein was her master from 1999 to 2002. Besides the prince, Jane Doe#3 also claimed having sex with Harvard University professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz aboard private planes and different cities in the U.S. Dershowitz, who denied the charge, is Epstein's lawyer.

Jane Doe#3 was 17 at the time she claims to have sex with Prince Andrew. She told The Guardian, "These types of aggressive attacks on me are exactly the reason why sexual abuse victims typically remain silent and the reason why I did for a long time."

Price Andrew is the second son of Queen Elizabeth and is divorced from Sarah Ferguson, with whom he has two children, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. He admitted it was a mistake to be photographed with Epstein in New York. The picture was published in December 2010 by a British tabloid. In 2011, in a Vanity Fair article, he denied having sex with females linked with Epstein.
