Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe did actually apologize for the thousands of comfort women that Japanese soldiers used as sex slaves during World War II. However, he did not make it during his Wednesday address before the U.S. Congress but during a Tuesday press conference with U.S. President Barack Obama.

A British royal was accused by an unnamed American woman of being forced to have sex as part of an ongoing civil case filed by several women against the U.S. government. The female accusers said they were abused by American businessman Jeffrey Epstein whom they pointed to as organizer of an orgy with under-aged girls.
