(Photo : REUTERS/Mike Blake) An impromptu memorial grows along a sidewalk next to a laneway where the body of 3-week-old Eliza Delacruz was found dead inside a dumpster in Imperial Beach, California January 5, 2015.
The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is offering US$10,000 in reward for information on the man who killed 3-week-old Eliza Delacruz and shot the baby's parents on Saturday.
The only information that police have, based on a cartographic sketch of the suspect, is he is a man with dark skin.

That man shot the infant's father, mother and uncle in their North Long Beach home and then abducted Eliza at about 5:50 p.m. on January 3. He probably left on foot with the baby as no vehicle was seen leaving the Delacruz residence, police said.
Although the father was shot, his injuries were not that serious that he was allowed to go home on the same day. However, the baby's mother and uncle are still in the hospital and in critical condition.
The killer placed the dead body of Eliza in a recyclables trash can on Palm Avenue near rainbow drive which a homeless man found on Sunday afternoon, according to Lt. John Maryon from the Sheriff Office's homicide unit.
In appealing for more information, Robert Luna, police chief of Long Beach, said that since the crime was committed at 6 p.m. on a Saturday in a heavily populated and congested residential area, chances are some residents saw or heard something that could help authorities solve the case.
"They may think it's irrelevant, but if anything seemed out of place ... we need to start somewhere," AP quotes Luna as saying. "Any small piece of information could be that part of the puzzle that we need to solve this case."
When news spread of the baby's death in California, residents placed flowers, stuffed toys, candles and baby items along the curb of Palm Avenue where the body was discovered.
