Jennifer Aniston is way past old issues. Clarifying a controversy that has spanned a decade, she says there is absolutely no feud between her and Angelina Jolie, and urged everyone to get over it already.

"It's just tiresome and old. It's like an old leather shoe, let's buy a new pair of shiny shoes," Aniston told Entertainment Tonight when asked about issues with Pitt and Jolie.

Aniston stressed that she harbors no ill feeling toward Jolie, only the best intentions.

Coincidentally, the former and the present Mrs. Pitt both stepped into the Critic's Choice Awards in fancy footwear. 

The pair also sat next to each other at the Awards since both of them earned nominations for their work.

No interaction took place but both seemed happy and relaxed throughout the event.

The alleged feud started when Aniston and then husband Brad Pitt divorced almost 10 years ago due to the latter's alleged relationship with his "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" costar Angelina Jolie.

In 2008, Aniston expressed her feelings in an interview with Vogue, saying what Jolie did was "very uncool".

Seven years later, all negative emotions are like a bridge over troubled water. Pitt and Jolie finally married and have six children together, while Aniston is engaged to Justin Theroux.

"I think that's slowly coming to an end. I really do. I mean, that movie is so beautiful and wonderful that she did such a gorgeous job. I think it's time people stop with that petty BS and just start celebrating great work and stop with the petty kind of silliness," Aniston said.

You know what they say in situations like this. All's well that ends well.
