Neither sleet, nor snow, or even a full-blown snowstorm could keep the elated fans of the newly-crowned Super Bowl champions, the New England Patriots, away from the team's victory parade.
Two days after a huge snowstorm, the fans from Boston had enough! They shovelled away the snow and got down to the important stuff: celebrating their team's victory on the grandest stage of the National Football League (NFL), the Super Bowl.

They set up a duck-boat parade, as is customary, to celebrate their championship.
"We're used to this," said O Valdez, a 20-year old carpenter who helped shovel away the snow. "This is perfect for us."
However, not all the residents of Boston felt joy at their football team's triumph.
They had just come off the snowiest seven-day period Boston has been through in a while due to the snowstorm and even a blizzard. People were divided if they were going to celebrate or not.
Governor Charlie Baker was one such divided Boston-folk, saying that he would rather have held the parade days later.
Martin J. Walsh, mayor of Boston, saw things differently. He wanted the parade to happen sooner rather than later, as they would lose some of their players to vacations.
The parade though was not good for everybody.
City officials told people to use the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority - more commonly known as the "T" - to get to the parade. However, the T was running at 60 percent capacity due to the previous week's snowstorm.
With all the people using the T to get to the parade, and with it already running in less-than perfect conditions, other residents were caught in all the chaos. Needless to say, they were angry about the situation.
Yet, the festivities continued on. In it, Rob Gronkowski drank some beer and gyrated his hips, Malcolm Butler took in the praise of his new fans, and even coach Bill Belichick managed to crack a rare smile.
