Tesla Motors and Apple have been locked in a poaching war over the past few years, with hundreds of employees switching between the two companies.
More than 150 Apple employees have moved to Tesla Motors in the past few years, more than any other company including automotive companies like Ford and General Motors.

The Apple employees have been hired for all types of positions, including engineering, software development, human resources and business.
Apple employees are apparently interested in Tesla's CEO Elon Musk, who has the same vigor as former CEO Steve Jobs. Many believe Musk will create huge pathways in technology within the next few years, and yearn to follow him.
Musk also runs Tesla Motors in a way that the best person for the job can always rise to the top, while Apple likes to run things in a much more managerial approach, giving the highest executive the power to control a whole team of engineers.
Tesla's type of work is rash but fair on the newcomer if they are capable of providing exceptional work output; Apple's is still rough for engineers but has more hierarchy on who is in control.
It is not a one way battle, however, as Apple is also poaching engineers from Tesla Motors, but these employees are coming over for money, not for the experience of working under Tim Cook.
Tesla Motors employees get a $250,000 incentive package and 60 percent salary increase if they decide to work for Apple, a pretty swell pay rise in anyone's books.
Musk claims only a small amount of people have gone over to Apple from Tesla Motors.
