(Photo : Reuters) President Obama is preparing to set a new 14 percent tax in preparation for $478 billion public works program.
A federal judge granted the request of 26 states to temporarily block the executive action of United States President Barack Obama on illegal immigration, making way for a lawsuit that aims to put a permanent stop to the orders.
U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen has granted the injunction on Monday as he wrote a memorandum about the issue. The said tates that requested the blocking explained that the country will just suffer from irreparable harm if the immigration action would push through, adding that legalizing the presence of the people who went to the U.S. illegally will be an irreversible action.

However, the White House issued a statement vowing to appeal the temporary blockage of the immigration action. White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said Obama's immigration action is within the limits of the law so there is nothing wrong about it.
Earnest added that the federal government's decision to temporarily block the immigration action is preventing the lawful policies of Obama's administration to take effect. The president wants to fix the broken immigration system, Earnest said.
Obama's immigration plan includes protecting the young immigrants from being deported if they were brought to the country illegally when they were only children and that it will take effect on February 18. It also includes deportation protection for parents and permanent residents who have been in the U.S. for a certain number of years, which is set to take effect on May 19, 2015.
House and Senate Republican leaders have pointed out that blocking the immigration action temporarily could give the Homeland Security department funding a green light. Basically, the Homeland Security Department could arrest parents living in the country illegally and could undo the immigration action generally once the bill is passed.
