The actress already recorded a few songs and will hire a voice coach for further training.
Chung is quite enthusiastic about the upcoming album release because it has already been two years since her last album.
When the media asked about how she spent her holiday, Chung immediately replied that she usually celebrates with her friends at church. She emphasized that there was nothing special though, just movies with friends and a simple dinner with the family.
Chung was also asked if she was the one who prepared the meals in her home.
"Yes of course," the actress replied, also expressing interest in a more healthy diet as a New Year resolution.
Chung's love life was also a hot question when the media had the opportunity to approach her.
"Let's not talk about that," Chung replies in a dismissive tone when she was asked if she spent time with her boyfriend, Philip Ng.
The couple's blossoming relationship is one of the most low profile romances in Hong Kong's entertainment industry.
"No, my friends and family are quite liberal and leave it up to me. They all support my decision," says Chung, in response to a question whether her family and friends already pressured her to get married.
Chung, a career-minded woman, is known for putting her career first right before anything else.
"I won't give up my career for marriage," Chung stated in a previous interview.
