Shark Tank's Robert Herjavec is legally separated from his wife of 25 years, Diane Plese. The couple will soon file for divorce, according to Yahoo Celebrity News via TMZ.

"Human relationships are so difficult," says Herjavec, through an interview with TMZ News.

"I wish nothing but love and peace for our family as we soon move forward from this," he further added.

The 51 year old TV personality met Plese when she was his official eye doctor. The couple has three children together, one son and two daughters.

Fortunately, the divorce was amicable. No disputes with regards to property and custody involved.

Herjavec was born in Croatia and made a huge fortune by establishing himself as one of the first people to sell an internet firewall worldwide.

Herjavec is more popularly known as one of the TV personalities in the show Shark Tank. The show is a reality competition series, which is about aspiring entrepreneur contestants presenting business proposals to a panel of 'shark' investors.

Herjavec, whose estimated assets are valued at US$125 million is also set to compete in the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars. The 38 year old Kym Johnson will be his dance partner throughout the competition.

"I'm all in. I'm a little worried. Coz Kym's reaction, when she found out it was me, she was crying," Herjavec quipped in an interview with Good Morning America.

"You have to compete against yourself, so we're not worried about other people," he further added.

This competition will give Herjavec an opportunity to acquire new skills aside from entrepreneurship, probably an addition to his array of qualities when he starts dating again.

Aside from ballroom dancing and investing in a stranger's business proposals, Herjavec's other pastimes include racecar driving and flying in a private plane.
