"Where is Xur this week?"

Destiny fans looked about and tried guessing where the character, Xur, will be each week from 9:00 a.m. Friday to 9:00 p.m. Sunday. From March 20, 21 and 22, Xur returned for his weekly appearance in the Tower.

Xur appears on weekends as an NPC or non-play character in the Tower.

Some NPCs act as Vendors and sell tems to players while others offer a variety of services. Xur, the Agent of Nine, exchanges exotic gear for strange coins. 

Destiny shooters were on the lookout for Xur's location from Mar.13 to Mar 15, and found the exact location of the game's resident vendor next to the vanguard, selling the Red Death pulse rifle, Claws of Ahamkara, KnuckleHead Radar Helmet and an Insurmountable SkullFort, among other items.

The announcement of a Destiny-companion app in December 2014 moved players from a traditional search of Xur to an easy computer-finding cheat.

The Destiny-companion app, "Where is Xur?", aims to locate and find where Xur is.,The app shows his exact location on the Tower map, as well as the exotic items he's selling for the week with one single tap.

"Where is Xur?" Version 1.1.0 also came out last month, bringing out new features including an all-new UI layout, icons of exotic items Xur sells, reduced network usage, a new app icon that enables players to reflect the new UI design and reveals when Xur will return based on the player's time zone.

Destiny players can download the latest version on the App Store or on Google Play.
