A Reddit user leaked that someone who works at Samsung had already seen the new devices up front. H also said Samsung's demo versions will be out by March 27. A report said those that avail of Samsung's latest flagship smartphone through pre-orderings may have the chance to grab yet another device form the Korean tech provider.
Sadly, no further details have been provided regarding what kind of gadget the freebie will be. There has even been no confirmation if the rumor was true in the first place.
GSM Arena has confirmed the Samsung Galaxy S6 and its accompanying model, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, have already reached Indian shores.
Galaxy S6 users in India will have three storage options to choose from. The 32 GB unit can be purchased at $800, the 64 GB at $894 and the 128 GB at $993.
The Galaxy S6 will be offered in four different colors: Blue Topaz, Gold Platinum, Black Sapphire, and White Pearl.
The Galaxy S6 Edge, on the other hand, comes with a much higher price tag. The 32 GB can be had for $945, the 64 GB at $1,041, and the 128 GB at $1,138. Its colors will be pretty much the same as that of the Galaxy S6, except for Blue Topaz, which was replaced by Green Emerald.
Those that pre-order the units will get 10,000 points, just in case its price suddenly drops, as well as a free replacement warranty for its screen. The free warranty may be availed for 12 months since the device was purchased.
Samsung will be rolling out demo versions soon, but Sam Mobile reported that some demos have managed to make their way to a limited number of countries such as Canada.
