Singer Iggy Azalea reveals that she is happy talking about her breast augmentation surgery because she was pleased with the results, according to Business Standard.

"I love them so much that I had to talk about them," said Iggy, in an interview with E! online at the red carpet of iHeartRadio Music Awards 2015.

"Everybody did say 'I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because no one will ever know because they're so small' I said, 'I know but I'm just going to say it because I'm a blabber mouth! I'd feel better not to have some secret. It's much freer to say it and then you never have to dig it up," she further added.

The singer's appearance at the award show marks the second time she's been spotted with her improved breasts since announcing she's had breast implants four months ago, according to Daily Mail.

"I did change something. Four months ago, I got bigger boobs! I'd thought about it my entire life," said Iggy during her recent interview with Vogue Magazine.

The singer emphasized that before surgery, she was tired of adding padding to her stage costumes. Hesitant to reveal her surgery at first, she feared that her younger fans would be more self-conscious about their bodies. But Iggy knew she didn't want it to be a secret.

Almost two years ago, Iggy denied that she went under the knife for her shapely derriere, expressing that what she has was entirely hers.

"Of course the butt is mine. I heard it's not a real butt. I've heard it's a number of things. I heard sometimes it's my underpants. I heard its implants. All sorts of crazy things. It's my flesh, it's my butt," said Iggy in a previous interview with Sway Calloway.

The singer recently quit doing social media this year after trolls made endless comments about her bikini body.
